Heavenly Father,
When my emotions begin to rise and my heart feels unsettled, I turn to You.
You know the thoughts that race through my mind and the feelings that threaten my peace.
Lord, calm the storm within me.
Slow my breathing, quiet my thoughts, and steady my heart.
Help me pause before I react and remember that Your peace is always available to me.
When anger, anxiety, or frustration tries to take over, fill me with Your presence.
Replace tension with trust and confusion with clarity.
Teach me to respond with wisdom, patience, and love.
I place my emotions in Your hands, trusting You to guide me through every moment.
Let Your peace rule my heart and mind today and always.
