Heavenly Father,
As this day comes to an end,
I thank You for the gift of life,
for every blessing seen and unseen,
for the strength You gave me to face today.
Forgive me for the moments I failed,
for the words I should not have spoken,
for the good I may have left undone.
Wash my heart with Your mercy
and fill me with Your peace.
Lord, quiet my thoughts and calm my worries.
Release the burdens I carry
and help me trust that You are in control.
When fear tries to disturb my rest,
remind me that You watch over me.
Send Your holy angels to guard my home.
Protect my family and all those I love.
Cover us with Your presence through the night.
As I close my eyes,
let my heart rest in You.
Renew my strength while I sleep,
and prepare me for a new day filled with hope.
Into Your hands, O Lord, I surrender this night.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
