A Prayer for a Struggling Mind

Heavenly Father,

In the midst of this mental storm, I come before You, seeking Your peace. My mind feels burdened, tangled with thoughts that leave me restless and weary. I need Your guidance, Lord, to navigate through this struggle.

Bring clarity where there is confusion, calm where there is chaos, and hope where there is despair. Remind me, Lord, that I am not alone in this journey, that You are with me even in my darkest moments.

Fill my heart with Your love and my mind with Your truth. Help me to release the fears, doubts, and anxieties that weigh me down and to trust in Your plan, even when I cannot see it. Grant me strength to face each day and wisdom to seek the help I need.

Thank You, Lord, for being my refuge, my anchor, and my light in times of darkness. I trust in Your unfailing grace to renew my spirit and bring peace to my struggling mind. In Jesus' name, Amen.
