A Prayer for Reducing Stress

Heavenly Father,

I come before You feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of life. My mind is racing, my heart feels heavy, and I struggle to find peace. Lord, I need Your calming presence to quiet my soul and ease my burdens.

Help me to lay my worries and stress at Your feet, trusting that You are in control. Remind me that You are my refuge, my strength, and my ever-present help in times of trouble. Teach me to let go of what I cannot control and to rest in Your perfect plan.

Fill me with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Replace my tension with trust, my worry with worship, and my fear with faith. Guide my thoughts to focus on what is true, noble, and praiseworthy, so that I may find joy in the midst of challenges.

Give me strength to face each task with grace and wisdom. Teach me to pause and breathe in Your presence when stress begins to rise. Help me to prioritize what truly matters and to seek balance in my life.

Thank You for being my constant source of comfort and reassurance. I trust in Your love and provision, knowing that You hold me in the palm of Your hand. In Jesus' name, Amen.
