A Prayer for Overcoming Panic Attacks

Heavenly Father,

In moments of overwhelming fear and panic, I come to You for comfort and peace. My heart races, my mind feels out of control, and I feel lost, but I know You are my refuge. Calm my spirit, Lord, and help me to focus on Your presence.

Remind me that I am not alone, for You are always with me. Breathe Your peace into my heart and silence the fears that grip me. Replace my panic with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear. Help me to take one step at a time, trusting that You will guide me through every moment of distress.

Thank You for being my anchor in the storm, my healer, and my protector. Teach me to rely on Your strength and to find stillness in Your presence. I place my fears, my racing thoughts, and my trembling heart in Your hands, trusting that You will bring me peace. In Jesus' name, Amen.
