A Prayer for Overcoming Negative Thoughts

Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a mind burdened by negative thoughts that steal my peace and joy. Lord, You know my struggles, and I ask for Your help in replacing these thoughts with Your truth and love.

Renew my mind, Lord, and fill it with what is pure, noble, and praiseworthy. Help me to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ. When doubts, fears, and discouragement creep in, remind me of Your promises and the identity I have in You.

Teach me to speak life over myself and others, to focus on Your goodness, and to trust in Your perfect plan. Strengthen me to let go of toxic thoughts and embrace the peace that comes from trusting in You.

Father, I surrender my mind to You and ask for Your guidance in guarding my thoughts. Let Your Word dwell richly in my heart and be a shield against negativity. Transform my thinking so that I may walk in freedom and reflect Your light to those around me.

Thank You, Lord, for the power of Your love and truth to overcome every negative thought. I trust in You, my rock and redeemer. In Jesus' name, Amen.
