A Prayer for Calming Nerves

Heavenly Father,

I come to You today feeling overwhelmed and anxious. My nerves are unsettled, and my mind is filled with worry. Lord, I need Your peace to calm my heart and restore my focus.

Help me to cast my cares upon You, trusting that You care deeply for me. Remind me of Your promise to never leave or forsake me, and let that assurance bring stillness to my soul. Breathe Your calming presence over me, quieting my fears and easing my tension.

Grant me the strength to face whatever lies ahead with confidence in Your guidance. Fill my heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and steady my thoughts with the truth of Your Word. Let Your Spirit remind me that I am not alone and that You are my refuge in every storm.

Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and Your power to bring calm in the midst of chaos. I place my trust in You and rest in the comfort of Your presence. In Jesus' name, Amen.
