A Prayer for Self-Acceptance

Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a heart that often struggles to find peace within itself. 

Teach me to embrace the person You have made me to be—unique, flawed, and yet beautifully crafted in Your image. Help me to recognize that my worth is not measured by the world's standards but by Your boundless love.

Grant me the courage to release the need for perfection, the wisdom to see the lessons in my imperfections, and the strength to forgive myself for past mistakes. Remind me, Lord, that growth comes from both triumphs and failures and that You are with me in every step of my journey.

Fill my spirit with gratitude for my gifts, my challenges, and the journey that has shaped me. Let Your love be a mirror through which I see my true self: cherished, valuable, and deeply loved.

Help me to extend the same acceptance to others that I seek for myself, fostering compassion and understanding. May I walk in confidence, knowing that Your grace covers all that I am and all that I am yet to become. In Jesus' name, Amen.
