A Prayer for Relief from Feelings of Worthlessness

Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heavy heart, burdened by feelings of worthlessness. At times, I struggle to see my value and purpose, and it feels as though I am not enough. Lord, I ask for Your healing presence to fill me and remind me of the truth: that I am fearfully and wonderfully made by You.

Help me to see myself as You see me—not through the lens of my failures or the opinions of others, but as Your beloved child, created in Your image. Teach me to silence the lies that tell me I am unworthy and to embrace the love and grace You pour out on me each day.

Lord, when I feel weak, remind me of the strength You provide. When I feel lost, guide me back to the path You have prepared for me. Help me to understand that my worth is not in my achievements or in what the world says about me, but in the fact that I belong to You.

Give me courage to seek help and comfort from those who care for me, and surround me with reminders of Your love. Renew my mind and fill my heart with peace, so that I may live in the joy and freedom of knowing that I matter to You.

Thank You, Lord, for never giving up on me and for calling me valuable, loved, and chosen. I place my trust in You, knowing that You are my hope and my strength. In Jesus' name, Amen.
