A prayer for relief from fear

Heavenly Father,

I come to You feeling overwhelmed by fear that grips my heart and mind. Lord, You are my refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble. I ask for Your peace to calm my anxious thoughts and Your courage to replace my fear with faith.

Remind me, Father, that You are with me always, and that I do not face my fears alone. You are my protector, my guide, and my source of strength.

Teach me to surrender my worries to You and to rely on Your promises. Strengthen my faith so that I can face the challenges before me with confidence in Your power and care. 

Thank You, Lord, for being my rock and my salvation. I place my fears in Your hands, knowing that You will guide me and protect me through every trial. With You, I can face anything. In Jesus' name, Amen.
