A Prayer for Release from Stress

Heavenly Father,

I come before You today, burdened with the weight of stress and anxiety that clouds my mind and heart. In this moment of stillness, I surrender my worries, my fears, and all that feels overwhelming. Lord, I ask for Your peace to fill me, to calm my spirit, and to bring rest to my weary soul.

Grant me the strength to release all that I cannot control, and help me trust in Your perfect plan. Replace my anxiety with faith, my chaos with order, and my uncertainty with confidence in Your love. Teach me to breathe deeply and to be present in this moment, knowing that You are here with me, offering comfort and grace.

I pray for wisdom to navigate challenges without fear, and courage to face each day with a calm and steady heart. Help me to find balance, to rest when needed, and to let go of the pressure I place on myself. May Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard my heart and mind, bringing clarity where there is confusion and calm where there is tension.

Lord, I trust that You will guide me through every moment, that You will provide what I need to endure, and that Your love will carry me through even the most difficult times. I release my stress into Your hands, knowing You are in control, and I trust in Your ability to make all things well. In Jesus' name, Amen.
