Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a heart that feels the weight of my actions.

I acknowledge the pain I’ve caused and deeply regret the hurt I inflicted.

Grant me the courage to seek forgiveness from those I have wronged and the strength to make amends.

Guide me, Lord, to grow in compassion and wisdom, so I may bring healing and not harm.

May Your grace fill my heart, renew my spirit, and lead me to live in love and understanding. In Jesus' name, Amen.
